I use research, observation, and pattern recognition to uncover what's really happening beneath the surface, helping to identify barriers, opportunities, and pathways forward.
I design learning experiences, strategies and solutions that move beyond awareness to support meaningful action, behaviour change and lasting impact.

My work sits at the intersection of psychology, learning and human experience. With a background spanning education, mental health and digital learning design, I'm fascinated by what helps people move from awareness to action, and from knowledge to meaningful change.
I partner with organisations to uncover insights, design learning experiences and shape strategies that put people at the centre. Because when we understand how people learn, experience and respond to change, we can create solutions that are not only effective, but genuinely transformative.
