More and more women are recognising that something is changing — not only within us, but collectively.
We feel the pull to live and create in ways that are radically different from what we were taught. And with that pull comes uncertainty because our bodies, our realities, and the systems around us have been conditioned to trust the old paradigm.
Embodied Living is a framework I developed to support this transition.
As a single, Black, neurodivergent mother, I needed a way to move from where I actually was towards the life my soul was calling me into without bypassing my reality or forcing myself into models that were never designed for me.
Embodied Living begins with honest contact with your life as it is.
It invites you to come into relationship with Life, Body and World as a living feedback system to notice, to listen, and to respond with increasing awareness and compassion.
At its core, Embodied Living is both a way of understanding change and a practice of moving incrementally towards a life that is true for you, guided by awareness, compassion and intentional design.
You can explore how I live and apply Embodied Living in practice by entering The Field via my Substack, where you can read essays, reflections and experiments from my own Embodied Living practice.
